  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals under the following circumstances: (please let us know before we start your services) 
  • Those with suspected contagious nail conditions.
  • Individuals with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Customers in ill health, potentially contagious, or with skin diseases that may be further harmed by our services.
  • Diabetes clients are required to inform our technicians for proper care. Cutting services are not allowed.
  • Individuals exhibiting rude, mean, or disrespectful behavior.

  1. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, kindly return to the salon within 1 day for a visual inspection of your nails. Please note that we do not issue refunds on salon services, and all sales are considered final.

  2. Enhancement and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. In case of any issues within the guarantee period, such as loss, chips, or lifting, contact us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks incur a fee of $5+. Please remember to treat your nails as jewels, not tools, for long-lasting beauty. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

  3. For the safety and well-being of everyone, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you have open cuts, sores, or contagious diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.

  4. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable at any time. Please treat them as cash, as they cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen.

  5. While we enjoy providing nail services for children, we request that unattended children under 10 stay safe at home, as our salon uses products that may be harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.

  6. Disclaimer: We are not liable for any lost or damaged cell phones or personal belongings.

  7. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please note that our manicurists receive their full tips, and tips are not pooled except for parties. No service fees are deducted from tips. Deferred payments are not accepted, and we kindly ask that you have payment ready before arriving for services. If you are dissatisfied with your nails, we will gladly fix them. However, leaving the salon without payment will result in contacting the authorities and prosecuting theft of service to the fullest extent of the law.
